The "Changhong International City" project is located on the southeast side of Zhengxing Avenue in the north of Pinghe County. It is an important achievement of Pinghe County in vigorously promoting investment promotion in the "Five Major Campaigns" and a key project for the northern expansion of Pinghe County. The total investment of the project is 1.5 billion yuan, with a planned total land area of about 523 mu and a total construction area of about 600,000 square meters. The total land area of the first phase of the project is about 113 mu, and the planned construction area is about 200,000 square meters. It will be built into an urban complex integrating large-scale commerce, high-end hotels, ecological residences, sports and fitness, and cultural education.
