Real estate development is one of the company's important core businesses. The company has more than 30 years of real estate development experience, with a large number of professional talents in real estate development, mature development concepts and experience in the development of various properties. It has successfully developed Xiamen's "Haihong Garden", "Jinbangge", and "Jinhuiyuan"; Huangshan's "Changhong Yuquanwan" 350,000 square meters of high-end residential area; Shenzhen's "Green yangang Home" and other multi-story, small high-rise, high-rise, villa projects and Zhangzhou Pinghe's well-known large-scale "Changhong International City", Pinghe's first new Chinese-style high-end pure residential project "Changhong Royal Garden"; and cooperated with Beijing Electronic City Group to invest in the development and construction of the "Electronic City Xiamen International Innovation Center" industrial park project in Xiamen.

Among them, the Huangshan "Changhong·Yuquanwan" project won two national awards, namely the 2008 China Green Ecological Model Building and the 2008 China Human Environment Model Building. The garden houses launched by the project have obtained the appearance patent certification issued by the State Intellectual Property Office. Changhong International City Block 8 (Changhong·Yuhuayuan) won the 2018 Fujian Province Top Ten Residential Design Award.
