The "Green·Yanggang Home" real estate development project (promotional
name "Happiness Sea"), in which our company has a stake, is located in
the land behind Yantian Port in Yantian District, Shenzhen. It covers an
area of 10,389.71 square meters, with a building volume ratio of 4
and a total building area of 47,725.53 square meters. It consists of
two high-rise buildings, one with 29 floors and the other with 20
floors. The project officially started construction in October 2007 and
was completed and put into use in February 2011.
