Welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival and celebrate the reunion, and the laughter spreads thousands of miles! With good expectations and full of joy of harvest, we ushered in the annual Mid-Autumn Festival again. On the afternoon of September 5, 2014, the 2014 Mid-Autumn Festival celebration of Xiamen Fang Changhong Group officially kicked off. Leaders and colleagues from Yunxiao, Huangshan, and Shenzhen branches took the trouble to rush back to Xiamen from all over the country and gathered with colleagues from the headquarters at the Mudan Wanpeng Hotel to talk about deep friendship and share the reunion time. In order to innovate the carrier of corporate culture and enhance the knowledge, fun and attractiveness of work, Xiamen Fang Changhong Group Co., Ltd. held a corporate culture knowledge competition on the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival reunion, and combined it with the Mid-Autumn Festival cake-making game and the Mid-Autumn Festival dinner, enriching the content of the Mid-Autumn Festival activities and adding to the significance of the Mid-Autumn Festival activities. At 3:30 pm, the corporate culture knowledge contest officially began. Four groups, namely Group A, Group B, Group C, and Group D, with a total of 16 members, competed around knowledge quizzes and speeches with the theme of "The company grows with me, and I strive with the company". Especially in the knowledge quiz risk question section, each group member raced against time and refused to give in, making the atmosphere extremely tense and intense. The audience was also brought into the tense atmosphere of answering questions. When the host announced the answer, they also held their breath, and the atmosphere was extremely tense. This quiz event not only deepened the contestants' and other employees' understanding of the company, but also promoted the young employees' spirit of competition of "chasing each other, daring to challenge, and self-transcendence".

After the knowledge quiz, the speech contest with the theme of "The company grows with me, and I strive forward with the company" followed. Each group will have four rounds of speech contests. In each round, one contestant will take turns to give a speech until all four contestants in each group have finished their speeches. During the speech, the judges will score each contestant. The wonderful speeches of the 16 contestants won warm applause from the audience. Every guest present could feel sincerity, tenacity, strength and faith from the speeches. The simple and touching words of the speakers truly showed the good spirit of the majority of employees who love the company, actively participate in the company's development process and grow with the company.

After the review, the host announced the final results: Group B won the first place in the competition with full marks in the quiz and comprehensive speech scores. Group C was not to be outdone and won the second place with excellent results. Group D and Group A also performed very well throughout the competition and won the third and fourth place respectively. Mr. Huang Jinquan, President of Xiamen Real Estate Association, Mr. Fang Yunhui, Chairman of the Group, Mr. Wang Huihuang, General Manager of the Group, and Mr. Huang Zhihui, Vice Chairman of the Group, presented prizes to the winning groups. This corporate culture quiz activity has enabled employees to further understand, recognize and identify with the group culture. The open-hearted words of the contestants have narrowed the distance between grassroots employees and leaders, communicated ideas, boosted morale, and gathered strength, effectively promoting the implementation and integration of corporate culture. There is a saying in southern Fujian: "No Bo Bing, no Mid-Autumn Festival." The General Department of the Group has prepared Bo Bing gifts for employees early, including boxes of water-bathed stew pots, soybean milk machines, ovens, blankets, towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes. There were seven tables in this Bo Bing event, and the members of each table helped to distribute the Bo Bing gifts to each table. As the leader said, "Bo Bing officially begins," the sound of dice hitting porcelain bowls was heard immediately. "Four in," "Two in," "Dou Tang"... cheers, applause, and laughter merged together, making it very lively. After the Bo Bing was over, everyone had a lot of harvests, carrying their own spoils in large and small bags, and they were busy and happy. The top scorers should be congratulated the most.
