In October 2016, our holding company Shenzhen Qianhai Shenghuitang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Electronics City Group Co., Ltd. jointly established Beijing Electronics City Huigu Real Estate Co., Ltd., and on December 13, successfully won the land for the "Electronic City·Xiamen International Innovation Center" project.
The "Electronic City·Xiamen International Innovation Center" project is located in the core area of Jimei New Town, the sub-center of Xiamen City (the intersection of Jimei Avenue and Xinglinwan Road), covering an area of 100,000 square meters and a building area of about 560,000 square meters. It is mainly planned to have corporate offices, R&D centers, innovation incubation centers, business and leisure, etc., to create Xiamen Innovation CBD. The project focuses on promoting the gathering of high-tech industries such as mobile Internet, mobile communications, VR, big data, cultural creativity, and industrial design.
