Spring tour to Quanzhou to find the Maritime Silk Road, unite and work together to move forward - th
March is a warm spring month, and it is the perfect time for an outing. On March 28, Xiamen Fang Changhong Group Headquarters organized all employees to go to Quanzhou, the "Cultural Capital of East Asia", to carry out a team-building activity with the theme of "Spring Tour of Quanzhou to Find the Maritime Silk Road, Unite Hearts and Minds to Move Forward Together". This activity aims to allow employees to experience the charm of southern Fujian culture, enhance team cohesion, promote cross-departmental exchanges in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and enhance team cohesion.
Morning: Climb to the top and see far, and ask questions at Qingyuan Mountain
At 8 o'clock in the morning, all employees set off from Xiamen by chartered car. Everyone was full of joy and expectation and laughed all the way. They arrived at Qingyuan Mountain, a national 5A scenic spot in Quanzhou, at just after 9 o'clock. It is not only the "green lung" of Quanzhou, but also a holy place of Taoist culture. When we first arrived at the gate of Qingyuan Mountain Park, although the weather was bad, with strong winds and drizzling rain, it did not affect everyone's enthusiasm for playing. Soon after entering the park, everyone came to the giant stone statue of Laozi, the founder of Taoist doctrine. This Song Dynasty stone statue of Laozi has a peaceful demeanor, implying "Tao follows nature", and also symbolizes the concept of steady development of the enterprise. In front of Laojun Rock, all employees took a group photo. Afterwards, the team climbed the mountain along the tour route. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, they visited Yuanyuan Cave Heaven, Jianlongtai, Master Hongyi's stupa, Kuixing Pavilion, etc. Everyone bathed in the embrace of nature and felt the wisdom of their ancestors.
Noon: Explore West Street and check in at a popular restaurant
At noon, the team came to a popular restaurant on Quanzhou West Street for lunch. This popular restaurant retains the complete architectural style of the old houses in southern Fujian. Under the red brick swallowtail ridge, ancient utensils of southern Fujian can be seen everywhere. Although the dining space is not large, it is decorated quite delicately and is a good place to take photos and check in. As soon as they entered the restaurant, colleagues took out their mobile phones to take pictures.
Afternoon: Visit the thousand-year-old temple and stroll along the ancient alleys of West Street
In the afternoon, the team came to Kaiyuan Temple, a world cultural heritage. This thousand-year-old temple, built in the Tang Dynasty, is an important cultural relic on the southeast coast of my country, and witnessed the glorious history of Quanzhou as the starting point of the "Maritime Silk Road". Everyone visited the East and West Towers, the Great Hall and other historical sites, learned about the historical origins of this thousand-year-old temple, and felt the profound heritage of southern Fujian Buddhist culture.
Afterwards, the team strolled along West Street, an old street full of fireworks, with red-brick old houses and arcade shops lined up. Some colleagues lined up to buy the internet-famous glutinous rice cakes, some chose souvenirs in the cultural and creative store, and some sat in the teahouse to drink tea and chat, fully experiencing Quanzhou's slow life and unique urban style.
In order to enrich this team-building activity, on the way back at 4:30 pm, the company leaders decided to take everyone to visit Xiang'an Aotou Cultural Tourism Town, which was once a node on the ancient Maritime Silk Road. This former small fishing village has now become a southern Fujian style town integrating cultural creativity, leisure tourism, art experience, and gourmet dining. Strolling in Huaiyuan Lake Park and admiring the surrounding beauty, I can't help but praise the party's beautiful countryside policy and feel proud of the rapid development of the motherland and the improvement of people's living standards!
Dinner: Reunion in a big house
In the evening, at the "Dacuozhai" restaurant, which was renovated from a century-old house, the authentic seafood feast made our taste buds bloom again. Steamed fish, squid with soy sauce, fried oysters, salt and pepper shrimps, fried crabs and other authentic seafood were served one after another. Everyone was not forgetting to interact and communicate while enjoying the food. The group leaders and employees sat around and talked freely. The atmosphere was lively and warm. It was another day for family reunion.
This one-day tour to Quanzhou not only allowed everyone to appreciate the charm of southern Fujian culture, but also enhanced team spirit in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Mutual care during mountain climbing, knowledge sharing during visits, and laughter during food all reflected the team's cohesion and sense of belonging. In the future, the Group will continue to organize rich and colorful team-building activities to promote communication and cooperation among employees, so that everyone can devote themselves to work with greater enthusiasm and jointly promote the development of the company!
